also even if i cannot attend the hearing due to me at penang currently but sure will spread the word kao kao on playtime bad service and saying nasty word to customer among my gamer friend to avoid them like plague.

with this kind of shop that insult customer by calling them axxhole then i gladly demand some kind of apology from them like free stuff to show their sincerity to prove to other that they respect their customer rclxms.gif so if playtime employee or boss insist that calling customer axxhole is not wrong then i dont know what kind of customer would like to purchase anything from them in future.

Hi bro cwl_ykh,

Do u check your vita and confirm is sg set before sending to playtime? I doubt is sg set as usually it only take around 1 month to get it back and from what i know only hk, us set which normally dont have warranty but price is cheaper a lot compare to sg set.

And the reason why they don have the tracking number, BECAUSE EVEN IF WE DISTRIBUTOR send back to them for those non local Sony centre  warranty sets it need to wait up to 1-3months.

And , for your info , as i mention above, i DO work in a distributor in Software&Hardware in CONSOLE before, So don't do stupid assuming & asking stupid question how do i know so much about all these how it works.
