thx for all the support here! after verified my set is HK set, i have called Tim, and he also admit that my set is HK set and will give try to give me a good news on my unit by tomorrow! and by hope it will be able to deliver my unit to me before the hearing on 7 Dec 2012, in worst scenario Tim mention, if he not able to give me the unit on before 7 Dec he requested to give him by 30 days start from today to deliver if still failed to give he will exchange the unit with new one! The hearing will still proceed as i hope Tim will promise this in front of the hearing later.

those are not HK or SG set? coz mine SN is ended by 06, according to that website, 06 mean HK or SG set, i think this is the reason they want to send it back to SG.

the shop sure sked lor.. last time told u sg now found out hk set.
consumer tribunal sure win the case for u liao ..

earlier i tot the shop say meet in court. .. settle in court la seem now u are dominant liao. hahaha

you should insist for new unit SG set as promised before.

yeah i will thats why i update every conversation between me and him will be posted here n their thread! to prove that they really did make any statement with me n not me who make those statement alone!
