put yourself in TS shoes la. its been more than 3 months since TS sent his Vita for warranty claim, and seller kept telling him there is no news at all? really none? nothing? if u were TS, how would u feel about this? TS pm seller nicely asking about status, and all he got was seller calling him an *******? can u tolerate that?
p/s: it doesn't make any sense at all when seller kept telling buyer there is no news at all. if u sent an item for warranty claim to distributor, make it in SG/HK/MY, there must be some sort of tracking code or sumthin'. otherwise, later on how the heck sender is supposed to check whether the item is already fix or not?
