Just dig out their name and put an identity on the trolls. They'll be so pissed off and go berzerk and make themselves look freaking stupid non-stop in the forum.

Don't give them free pass to bully. Once they're called out in real life with their real name, it's documented in the search engine and will affect their future employment when the future employers google their name.

By that time it's too late for them to regret their horrible online behaviour.
