Sorry. My error. I ter-ate the "wake up" at 5:45am to attend 7:00am TRX session.

Since yesterday, auditor showing her un-friendly garang face and attitude while requesting / chasing me for documents. now u know why i stressed up!  mad.gif
your condo 3rd bedroom must be huge man! you staying 1,700++ sq ft condo?

i'm now desperately looking for new place! I been looking for 1 since long time ago... yet nothing that suite me or makes me straight away want to book pay deposit !

Any ideal condo for Cyclist with budget around RM400k? off course the square feet need to be at least 931sq ft, my old place.

i thinks my new place is much smaller with 800sq ft i guess...

i've never used morgan blue before... but i have used motorex...

my only complaint... chain gets dirty too fast even with the dry lube... price is cheap, no doubt...

motorex is quite famous in motorcross bikes and between petrol heads i heard...

it's not too bad if you don't mind a 2nd hand unit... i mean @ rm7k new... you have other options definitely...

but most importantly is the model... from the corratec site... there is only a CCT model... but it seems like there are other models out there.

Did my first 20km today. Was riding well then suddenly my left leg cramp and i had to stop beside but then i lost my balance when stopping/unclip i fell down the wrong side, got stuck on the ground as all my muscle suddenly cramp and i cant move. Random ppl stop by to pull me up. nothing big deal apart from minor cut on my left elbow and muslce stiffen up and cramp.

Perhaps need some kind of warm up prior to riding?

Manged to get home safely tho biggrin.gif

Still considering-lah...Let me goto that shop and compare wth his fulcrum 3 1st biggrin.gif .. If Fulcrum 3 spin easier & smoother compare wth this amain-T, I will get FR3, if not AmainT.. FR3 is slightly heavier than this amaint!

if you compare FR3 and the Amain-T RD30 black version which is only 30 grams lighter.. i think it's not a whole lot of difference... this is 1 lesson i learned long ago that wheel claim weight is not everything...

if the majority of the weight is centered on the rim... you will find it harder to spin up but maintains momentum like miaopurr says and vice versa... that looks to be the case on the amain-T as it has a 31mm rim compared to the 24mm on the fulcrum...

an example was one of my previous set of wheels... the Xero XSR-1... a funky paired spoke wheel.. claimed weight is well under 1600 grams... but it is hard to spin up as the rim is bulked up due to having 2 spoke holes at the same spot of the rim (unlike most paired spoke wheels, and i do mean exact same spot as in side by side) thus they have to make those places with thicker walls and resulted in a heavier rim... i think they managed to shave weight using a lighter hub and also helped by the lighter DT revolution spokes... on the contrary, my next wheel the SRAM S27 was listed as heavier but spun up smoother as the S27 rim was practically a set of rebranded kinlin 27mm niobium rims (rumor)... so the weight is more balanced out between the hub and rims making it a set that is considerably easy to spin up...

at the end of the day... it does boil down to what you want to do with the wheel... if you are the aggresive attacking type of climber... the wheel with less rotational mass is preferred... if you ride flats at speed a lot... the amain-T will serve it's purpose since it's more aero and the slight dent in spin up performance can be negated...

I hvn't really experience close to cramp except the time when I cycle to PD, after the fell my muscle tense up it's hard for me to go beyond 25k/h after that..

hmm looks like a lot of conditioning work you need to do to increase your fitness
