This is 1 million dollar question asked by many many people...

you can try ask in Nike running Malaysia Facebook. See whether they want to reply you or not.

else, they will just ask u to follow their updates closely and always come back to their FB page.

I grew up at SS1 and my parents still lives there. The route you ran can be high traffic during working days. I occasionally run from SS1 to Taman Aman, run a few laps there and then return to SS1. There is a 'nice' slope from Taman Aman heading to the Primary School.

my pre-run before PBIM is

1) MPSP green run 26th Aug - HM
2) Taiping IM 16 Sep- HM
3) Rock To Rock Run 28 Oct - at least to get some hill training

Don't worry, not going to be another Nike Run question,

about the Live Great Run 2012~~the 'extra' challenges looks very Interesting~~

Any race has these kind of 'extras' before??

Back to PBIM, hope can get another PB.
But running at 2-6am, is totally a different enviroment.
Tried it before at Sundown Singapore. Cold weather, and can easily get cramps...

of coz we are getting another penang bridge...the new one that is...easily cramp?..warm up properly and dun wake up at 1am to start a 2am race...

Hi guys, I always have problem when running on treadmill, the bottom of my right foot feels pain and the pain slowly builds up as I continue,

I also would like to have some routine when gym for losing weight, I have been doing 20 min run + 20 min cycling + 5 minutes rowing + some chest press? not sure what's that called just workout for chest area
