QUOTE(detectivedonuts @ Jul 10 2012, 06:52 PM) for muslim runners, do you train during ramadhan? if yes, pls share how u do it... Last year, during the 3rd week of fasting month, I tried running around 10pm. Bad idea. Had stomach cramp after less than 2km. As I was running can feel slightly the food I ate bouncing in the stomach. Guess it was too early to run after breaking fast (or I just ate too much). So I gave up trying to run during Ramadhan. This year, maybe try to run around midnight on Friday and Saturday or if I have the guts around 4 am just before sahur.

All the while I though side stitch is due to incorrect breathing method. When I started running, read a few comments here a couple of years ago. I haven't had side stitch since last year. Is it due to the breathing or just my body getting use to running?

QUOTE(zzzhhhzzz @ Aug 10 2012, 10:08 AM) hey guys anyone been to sportsdirect warehouse sales in subang ? any good deals there ? Over there they change promo/discounted items frequently. So you need to go check it out yourself. There is a smaller outlet at One Utama at Lower Ground between the food court and Daiso.

QUOTE(cynachen @ Aug 21 2012, 08:58 PM) Just looped around SS1-SS3, less traffic in the morning and the slopes are good, especially when you're at your 20th loop... I grew up at SS1 and my parents still lives there. The route you ran can be high traffic during working days. I occasionally run from SS1 to Taman Aman, run a few laps there and then return to SS1. There is a 'nice' slope from Taman Aman heading to the Primary School.
