Hi guys, I always have problem when running on treadmill, the bottom of my right foot feels pain and the pain slowly builds up as I continue,
I also would like to have some routine when gym for losing weight, I have been doing 20 min run + 20 min cycling + 5 minutes rowing + some chest press? not sure what's that called just workout for chest area
