Hello, any recommendation on the accommodation for Penang Bridge International Marathon?

I heard most of the hotels around are fully occupied..
Any ideas?

Thank you!

hi guys, just wondering how much is the average time for you guys to cover 3km? The best I can do is around 15.8-16min, is it very slow or normal for a newbie? my friends told me they can do 12min flat, 4min difference sad.gif

u need not compare with ur fren...the time that ur frens are boasting 2u maybe a one-off thing...and never being able to sustain tat..anyway, i tink that is an all-out run..meaning ur fren cant continue after running at tat pace..unless ur fren is really fast and a strong athlete...not trying to doubt ur fren though.. smile.gif rclxms.gif rclxms.gif

Anyone running outside now in KL with the haze?
I've been doing all my runs on the treadmill lately and would love to go run outdoors but I'm worried about running in the haze.

I usually run at Lake Gardens or KLCC Park.

been running despite the haze, but it isn't as bad as the week before SCKLM so not too bad, i even ran during then, tried running with the mask on but took it off after being out of breath lol

I dun think it's tht bad. Running in areas with lotsa trees will help... or run early in the morning. During the fasting month I ran in the afternoon, no prob...

Just looped around SS1-SS3, less traffic in the morning and the slopes are good, especially when you're at your 20th loop... biggrin.gif
