BU is a hot place to run because it doesn't have much greeneries especially when the race starts at 7:30AM. When there's no breeze to welcome you, it's like an microwave oven when you are speeding.

The route also covers some part of residences, so be prepared to rub shoulders with the thousands of runners

i think im goin to do badly for the run...twisted my ankle while driving...dont know how tat could happen... 

Just went and collect FDR shirt...left only size XS L and XL...toke XS...

Hopefully this year can bring a medal back...tried last year got 206th place...

ASICS conducted a running clinic yesterday in Bukit Jalil, demonstrating various warm-up exercises and sharing pre-race-day preparation.
