QUOTE(swks26 @ Aug 1 2012, 07:54 AM) Both pre-workout and intra-workout are not necessary. oh the only check is the protein. My necessary list would be: Protein Creatine Multivitamin Fish oil Others would be bonus. is it necessary to take the creatine? im not overweight but kinda skinny fat and it only focusing on the stomach area which hide the other peck. but it was oblivious and no one notice that when im wearing a shirt and like hey dude u should eat more ya look like an addict now compare to the last few year. my goal is to be fit as wolverine. |

QUOTE(alien9 @ Aug 1 2012, 10:32 AM) Before this I also thought that you must take your creatine before workout. After more reading, turns out that the time you take it is not as important as how you take it. Once your body is saturated with creatine, you simply need 5-10 grams per day to maintain the saturation. Conclusion: Take it with a sweet drink any time of the say. once/ twice a day up to you. I take it in the morning with my nescafe. |

Depends what creatine you're using too.
If you're using creatine like CL Green Magnitude or CL Green Bulge, then it has extra ingredients to help boost your workout. If you're using creatine mono, then any time of the day should be ok. Just remember to keep yourself hydrated. When you're saturated, you can actually just stick with 2.5g of creatine, especially when you're on a real budget. But 2.5g-5g a day should be fine. |

I think you need some healthy carbs in your lunch and dinner. Like potatoes or small amounts or rice.... Your carb intake is very low.

He could for whats worth be taking 500g of oats each time. lol |

QUOTE(D.K.Prince @ Aug 2 2012, 10:26 PM) link 1 I didn't read all of the info in your source but I greatly suggest that you read a little bit up to date article. 4 years is a really long time in supplementation and nutrition business. There are a lot of thing going on out there and new findings have been made. link 2 link 3 Not sure whether all links above is real or fake. Don't shoot me, I'm still in learning process Owh btw, our body have creatine inside it naturally and we get them by eating meat. |
