I normally used Nitro tech protein and the recovery quite fast. Normally after drink the protein, next day wont really feel the pain. And then I try Isolate whey protein. But how come the recovery is not as good as normal whey protein from nitro Tech? I though Isolate whey have more quality protein? Anyone can share their knowledge?
A good multivit and fish oil should be sorted out before moving onto other supps. Since you've got your meals covered and already have a creatine supp, you're pretty much set, IMO. Just add on the multi and fish oil if you haven't already got them.
Bodybuilding brand multi and fish oil differ a lot compared to your normal pharmacy found brands. Check out the nutritional labels, the form/source of each vitamin, differs heaps. For fish oil, you're looking at EPA/DHA content. You'd want at least 2g-3g of that for effectiveness. You can do the comparative maths
i notice some people taking 2 scoops of whey protein after workout. I don't have a problem with that. But i got one question in mind, that is, can our body absorb all the 2 scoops of whey protein which hovers around 40~50g at one go???

Hi guys, here's my detail Height:171cm Weight:65kg Body Fat:17%
Right now I planning to bulk up my muscle size and leaner body mass until 75kg(my goal). I just finished GNC AMP(Amplified Mass XXX 6lbs) but it doesn't help my bulking so much(still 65kg). Any supplement/whey protein recommend?

You can switch to any supplement brand that you want but I'll guaranteed you that unless you start reading more, you'll be in the same weight as before (unless you took 4 servings a day)
