if crushers aren't the best for u then change the exercise. Over head rope extensions are good.

Any previous user of Controlled Labs Green Magnitude.

How is it any different compare to using Creatine Mono?

It's more than a creatine.
Works well and taste is great. Green sour apple yummsss and 80servings!

Drink it as/with your pre-workout and you're good to go!
If not, drink it intra-workout is fine too.

Only downside is that it has a green chemcial looking colour lol.

any idea where to get it around here? and what price u get for 80 servings tub.

I do not have any other pre workout, is it necessary to stack on for the effectiveness

How is it for post-workout.

No idea where to get it in Malaysia. Sorry, I'm not Malaysia based at the moment.

Like on non-workout days, take it in the morning after waking up.

It's alright to take it post-workout too. You can actually take it anytime of the day. Just note the extra goodies that comes in green mag besides the creatine to help aid your workout even more.

Don't have to stack with preworkouts. Personal preference really.

I had a free tub of ON Casein. Could last a month if taken 1 scoop a night.
Didn't feel any difference though. Felt as though I was taking normal whey.

Ran out of fine powdered oats to make my weight gain shake.
Thought I'd fine a different source of carbs this time round.. And also got lazy blending my fruity oaty protein shake lol.

Man, It's quite hard to look for Controlled Labs products from local.
Currently looking to get Green Magnitude.

I like Purple Wraath~ which only after about half tub of using it.
It doesn't do much for strength and endurance for me. I initially bought it for cardio purpose.
What really surprise me is how it help for muscle recovery after weight training.
For now, I prefer to take it early next morning than during workout.

I would give Scivation Xtend a try after PW run out.

Try 2 scoops for purple wraath intra workout? I go with 2 scoops.

Dyeing my stool green lol.
Otherwise pretty good nutrition profile. Taste is pretty alright.
Blue raspberry taste like a those childhood sweets which gives you the blue tongue.

How do you determine whether it "works much" for you? It's just BCAAs.

It is an intra-workout, which means that it will help during the workout. Same as pre w/o. Some person will gain the energy from it but some doesn't. I want the BCAA and also the 'energy' from it.
