@Darklight but how about inititally when u start in bodybuilding?

Im in this BB for less than 2 years... Well, i can see u did use some supplement back then..

How long u've been in this bb-ing? I guess, it's been quite some time right..

well it's ok.

So currently, i had 4 shakes per day. I'll list the the time i take in my supplement

930am - Myo Pro + ON Glutamine + Anavite
330am - Myo Pro + ON Glutamine
530pm - Animal cut (only one pak per day)
900pm - Carni + ON Glutamine + Anavite (Gonna replace with Animal Pak)
113pm - Carni + ON Glutamine

Now MHP Matter comes in ==" So maybe 9pm gonna take MHP + Glutamine. This is just a plan. Im on cutting period. Duno is it a good idea to take in MHP now.

Anyone can guide?

I'm not sure it really excel when come to cutting but i guess not too bad.

Still, if u expect something extraordinary then i'm nt so sure.. Idea of getting down fat of course still diet..

I only hv very limited carbs everyday, high protein diet.. + try to take out as much salt as possible and sugar..

fat wise, i believe u guys noe it as well. avoid oily food? but sometimes too tempting, i still eat then sit at the corner feeling so regret. Thinking i'm wasting my time n money lol...

i alwiz find that first 2 weeks really difficult because alwiz hungry and the food taste awful. After u see some result, then u will stick to it..

I duno how to count calorie, carbs(g) and protein(g) i go by my feeling hehe..

Previously im hvg cookies cream and chocolate monster. So this morning is the first vanilla.

It really spoil my day lol..

Personally, beside ice cream, i nvr taste any vanilla until protein. First is on whey, it makes me puke and now this...

maybe you will like it but not for me lol.. Gotta mix some milk powder perhaps smile.gif

yaya.. I alwiz add milk to my protein...

Somehow, nowadays I use milk powder instead of liquid form milk due to cost sad.gif

how do i perform.. hm.. 2 type.. One is elbow is at my eye level, one more top of my head, so is flat..

duno whether u understand or not..

Even now, i slightly rub my elbow, i can feel the pain.. stress haha..
