QUOTE(razorboy @ Aug 2 2012, 07:34 AM) technically speaking , one can't say his carb intake is low. bolded contains carbs and he didn't specify how much oats he could be taking. He could for whats worth be taking 500g of oats each time. lol hi guys, just to clarify the qty i consume: morning: 1 cup raw oats mixed with 1 cup 2% milk and 2 tbsp natural peanut butter pre-lunch: random ~100g serving of lunch meat lunch: 2 whole pieces of chicken breast (oven baked) post-lunch/tea-time: 1 cup raw oats, 1 cup milk and 2 tbsp natural peanut butter pre-dinner: 1 banana dinner: 2 whole pieces of chicken breast (oven baked) and 2 large whole eggs (fried in about 2-3 tbsp of olive oil) post-workout: 2 scoops ON whey + 1 banana pre-bed: 1 cup milk and 2 tbsp peanut butter don't get me wrong...i love rice but i'm just cutting it out for this month to see if my lifts get affected. currently it's all still going north so all's good. |

similar to ON whey's '1 heaping scoop' this is basically the amount of powder that you get when you scoop it our of the bottle/bag ie. don't level the teaspoon/scoop.

My Myofusion Probiotic review (Strawberries and Cream)
I always go 8parts milk with 2 parts water + 2 scoops of whey. This one is thicker than the previous Myofusion. There's like a thick layer of foam above it. Tastewise, it's pretty decent. It's not overly synthetic. However, if you are looking for a strong strawberry flavour then you would be disappointed. The flavour is rather subtle, like a slightly watered down milkshake. I didn't like the banana flavour which everyone raved about, but this one is pretty nice. In terms of taste, it would be : Chocolate (old myofusion), Strawberry ( Probiotic ), Banana (old myofusion) |

QUOTE(raul88 @ Aug 4 2012, 07:21 PM) QUOTE(shiloong7081 @ Aug 4 2012, 10:03 PM) Halal is more than just the source, it also includes the way of preparation. Please do correct me if i am wrong. yes, shiloong, you're right. halal is more than just the source. it includes the way of preparation. if the machines have been used to process other non-halal food(especially comes from non-halal meat/fat), then the same machines use to process new foods, even the sources is now halal, but still the processed foods don't certified as halal foods due to machines before have been used to processed non halal sources.how to clean the machines so that it could be used to produced halal foods?well, if u really want to know, i can explain it too, but for intro, the name of the process to clean the machines is called 'samak'. QUOTE(raul88 @ Aug 4 2012, 10:08 PM) apparently most of the factories do. anyway, alcohol can be touched but can't be drink, and there's some explanations about alcohol too.about whey protein, what makes it non-halal is the gelatine that is derived from animal stuff. but there are some factories that produces halal whey protein too,i just found it few weeks back. its called WO protein(their page), officially certified by JAKIM, there is also a popular Ultimate nutrition prostar 100% whey protein that have been certified by ifanca(america halal agency), but only the natural flavour is certified, and badly, the certified ended just this May/March(nt sure), not sure if they've renew the certificate though. maybe you can call them if you want to know if they've updated it. |

QUOTE(olkooi @ Aug 10 2012, 10:00 AM) you really need your fix of 1,3dmaa? Could have stocked up with online stores doing massive sales of their 1,3dmaa products lol.If you're lucky, you could probably get jack3d off ebay. Maybe try iForce Maximise Intense old formula with 1,3dmaa. This post has been edited by swks26: Aug 10 2012, 11:36 AM |

I've always had good luck with supplements, until I got this sample from MMC. It's Cell K.E.M. by Evogen. It's a mass and recovery catalyst with bcaas. Funny thing is it has creatine gluconate, citruline malate and other electrolytes. I think it's more of a intra-workout drink but instructions are to drink after work out.
ANYWAY, this thing smells and tastes like shit. Period. I took a sip and poured the rest down the drain. |
