Lol janson. It seems you hate muscletech a lot. Why did they it do to you?
One good thing about muscletech (at least it's black label products) is that they don't use prop blends. They disclose the amount each ingredients they use. It can be considered a pre-workout because of the energy blend from green tea and green coffee.
Don't really like it though. 5g of amino feels a bit too little and un-concentrated lol. But I guess you're also paying for the green tea energy blend. If you're looking for a pre-workout, I'd suggest to get a proper one. If you're looking for amino acids, there are better ones out there I guess. Well, all this is just my opinion. |

If you wanna stretch your creatine further, once you're saturated, just do about 2.5g creatine per day instead of the usual 5g
