Hi all,

In the last thread, it was mentioned that we can redeem 10k TP after we are charged for the RM50 GST.
How about the supplementary cards? Can we redeem 10k also, since we are paying for RM25 + RM25?

Cause if not mistaken, I read it somewhere in this forum.

What u talking about? U pay RM50 and ask them give u back 10K TP? Might as well just ask them waive for u...Which they will never.
*
Yup, this has been discussed in previous thread. A few forumers get negative answer from MBB CS.

Anyone have encounter problem when using their AMEX? I failed two times one last month at Sengheng Alamanda when purchased my iPad2 and another one yesterday at Siang Hin Proton Center at SS15. According to AMEX CS, its maybe be due to their terminal problem or my credit card chip. However, today Im using my AMEX at petrol station and everything is working fine.
*
How come this issue so familiar ah.. Did they swipe the card or slot the card into the terminal?

Thanks everybody for replying, will call them up tomorrow. They should make it every year issue a new card if their card material is lousy or may be i too rough with the card. Ha ha
*
i would have to agree that their card for me has the worst quality. I have HSBC cc which i have been using since about 2 years, still look very nice.

the maybankard especially near the corner there... the plastic layer tearing out.. =.=

Hi all,
Do you get SMS alert when you perform any transaction via your credit card? If yes, do I need to manual activate it? hmm.gif
*
AFAIK, the default threshold is RM200.
Then I called them to decrease the alert threshold.

Tried a few times making online purchase with Maybankard2 Amex but keep getting "Gateway error: this transaction has been declined"

Is this the payment gateway problem or maybank? =.=

I had purchased some item thru Streetdeal.my via payment gateway Ipay88 Amex Maybank2 card. But there's no TAC verification available like Mastercard Securecode or Verified by Visa.

This was not thru the paypal option too. Ipay88 actually supports Amex just few days back. Too bad I only found out today and couldn't cash in the 5% rebate.

Let's hope this will open the floodgate to more usage for our Maybank2 cards. Now u can really keep your Visa/Master if you been using that card all this while for payment via Ipay88 gateway.

That's really a good news. biggrin.gif
