QUOTE(janson_kaniaz @ Apr 1 2012, 09:48 AM) i think the squat as well. QUOTE(reddevilchoo @ Apr 1 2012, 01:20 PM) Most likely squat. But I love the pain afterall. Hmm that's kinda weird since it's not my first time doing squats, it was my first time doing barbell rows instead lol. I did manage to jog 5-6km today even though there's still some soreness when squatting down. This post has been edited by deadmau5: Apr 1 2012, 10:24 PM

it's not the matter of doing it first time or not. it's wrong also to think when you do something 1st time u tend to do it wrong. the symptom is pointing towards squat as the main cause.

Thanks for clarifying One more thing, is it better to bend ur knees a little or keep it straight when rowing? The stronglifts one bends a little but that scooby dude says keep them straight with the back arching at 90 degrees & chest out/up. I tried both and they don't feel quite right.

Personally, I bend them a little. And don't take Scooby so seriously.

Iirc he said it is bad fat, which he could not substantiate. High calorie does not make it intrinsically bad. There is pesticide in everything. He has yet to prove how it can be harmful.

Scooby's skateboard squats ftw!
Seriously though, the only thing I'd ever go to Scooby for would be a diploma in broscience.

Oh a question, had my chest workout today. Then did some bicep workout. Wanted to do some pushups to end the session and I couldn't even do 1.... Is it a sign that of a good chest workout session or was it a little too much? Actually 2 hours (now) after the workout and I still can't do a single pushup. I find it funny.

Pushups also works on your chest and triceps. You can superset your chest day with biceps and pullups.
