just wondering, have you guys experience this? as I do

a few days not into the gym makes your muscle sore and not feeling good... that makes you flex your muscle to make it better]

e.g. for me, one week not into bench press due to work etc, makes my chest sore, i need to like flex my chest in office to make it less sore

what synthom is this/??

BodyBuilding is about building a physique that you want. Core strength however is more of a specialized training kind of thing, though in BB, we do train for core strength as well(big compount lifts), abdomen and back training as such, but core strength in itself I think wouldn't be categorized as BB. It is a part of BB most definitely. But that's just my opinion, it may not be the case.  smile.gif

any link? i'm stuck at 175.

i now noticed that my bench are on plateau. i can do 115 for 9-10 reps. but once i put another 10lbs, it drops to 6 reps max. anybody experienced this before?
*
Yes, I did, I tried Pyramid... e.g.

15reps x 10kg
13rep x 15kg
10rep x 20kg
then lastly did free weight to failure (push up for chest)

repeat for few weeks and go back to original one..

Added on March 6, 2012, 8:51 amI did above mentioned workout for my chest day before yesterday....

woke up this morning and notice my chest slightly smaller... it shrunk...

anyone experience this before>?

Hi, want to ask some Dr here. Recently, I feel that my bone joint are hitting each other when I move it.
E.g I move my shoulder as if do presses, the bone between my shoulder rub against each other and got slight "creak" sound.

I try Google but can't seem to get any clue.

Regards.

Yes. Don't use barbells? You know I haven't touched a barbell for chest and back in almost a year? Lol. My workouts all machines and other stuff.
*
thanks lampu gelap

Machines? sorry, i work out at home... there are only less than 3gyms in my area. the most complete is state gym which only open from 5-7pm which I am still working sad.gif what to do, the cheapest in town.. RM 60 per ANNUM

my home equipment

a set of Marcy smith multi machine
user posted image

a set of bar bell
a set of dumbell
dozens of weight plate for different sizes
threadmill
sandbag
a self modified Dip Machine

difference between machine & barbell? I can see the difference between barbell & dumbell

coz u already big ma...

dont feed foolish fantisies to the newbies la... now they all thinkin they can have physique like urs doin what u do in a brief period... doh.gif

hahahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha. this forum is fun. seeing how everyone is expecting huge gains in 2 months or less. even those who just started. this will only leads to quitting out of dissappoinment after seeing no gains in 6 months or less..  whistling.gif

so, heres a key to success, lower ur expectation n increase ur consistency on the key elements to bb. then u might get somewhere...  i aint sayin anywhere.. but somewhere...

As far as I know, vascularity depends on genetics, low body fat and the intake of nitric oxide is also proven to help. Btw, my veins are just starting to pop out slightly lol
