all sifu,i have one question here.. is the routine for cutting can be keep the same as bulking or need to change ? lower reps more poundage perhaps ?

one question..i used to take whey postworkout..but if i only do cardio..do i have to take it ?or i can just down solid food.. xD .my cutting ginna start in dec..so i wanna make sure i know what happen..lol

bro, 160g each meal ? how many meal do you take ? i take like 180g whole day as im 165lbs.. am i missing something here ?lol ..

no bread.
i dont practically go with same diet everyday.i adjust it to my liking.. one of it could be

1st meal - one scoop whey,chicken breast + broccoli with multivits and fish oil
2nd meal - chicken breast+broccoli+egg whites
3rd meal - chicken breast + broccoli+egg whites.. (maybe with 4 teaspoon of oats with 3 teaspoon of vico) +fish oil
4th meal(dinner n pre wo befre 7-8pm) - brown rice 6-7 tablespoon,chicken breast+fish and soup. with some vege + fish oil
workout and one banana..lol

some day i eliminate the vico and oats
