QUOTE(razorboy @ Dec 27 2011, 03:52 PM) Not up it to as much as your protein intake, but slightly more than your current intake. Like 5 to 10 % more. Your body needs to run on something, primary is carbs, but now that you're lowering carbs, giving a slight increase in fat would help it continue running. Fats are very calorie dense, so make sure you half assed-ly up them. Just a tad bit higher. Google and read up a bit on it. Eat carbs burn carbs, eat fat, burn fats. So to speak so i take a bit more of fish oil ? lol.. thanks for the guide bro |

QUOTE(razorboy @ Dec 27 2011, 04:22 PM) As in fish oil pills? Not exactly, as in like in your diet. It can make your diet a little bit tastier. Use it to your advantage. But if you want to pop 6 fish oil pills a day, well, I haven heard of that before. But I guess it could be the same, or not. I don't really know about that ok i get it..thanks for everything |
