Pedro is correct. I don't do anything for my traps. It just comes out like that like i posted in the prog pic thread.

QUOTE(Alphaproject @ Mar 30 2012, 03:49 PM) my local gym trainer gave me a nickname call "Mr Trap-man"... shit i dont even do more than 1 exercise for trap... it grew from my back and shoulders training... QUOTE(MelForC3 @ Mar 30 2012, 03:53 PM) Jeles damn. genetics are dominant in bodybuilding. some of the guys in my gym have a really huge arms, yet small chest. some have moderate on both. mine, the smallest of all. by the way, my traps started to grow from shrugs and upright row i guess.

Question:
Recently i've been aggresively trying to break PR in Deadlift. In the end, my lower back hurt....some kind like sharp pain. And now i'm stuck in 80kg DL and cannot go heavy anymore.
So the question is, should i stop doing Squat and also DL, coz' whenever i do that, it's hurt a lot.

I know its not gonna be cheap but I wonder how it tastes. Anyway, anyone of you here follow low carb diet?

My grip keeps on failing me when doing deadlifts -.- cannot grip the bar when the weights go above 30kg each side. Should I get straps or try to strengthen my grip somehow?

ur grip has certain limit for holding the max weight for certain time. even if u focus alot on grip exercises, it wont get too far. getting straps r faster alternatives.

The mont kiara branch only sells the leather padded type. I bought it and damn, it is kinda uncomfortable. You wanna buy them from me lol ? Should I get straps or try to strengthen my grip somehow? u using prone grip or alternate grip? dun rely too heavy on strap. i used to do that and i realize my grip strength was well below par. currently staying away from straps. just my 2 cents
