eh, u got the same straps as mine.

i think it works well for me, not initially, but as it ages, the leather bcomes more comfy (soft).

i really dont feel comfortable using it. so am planning to sell it off now. Do you know anyone thats interested in getting it ?

Guys, I'm having some pain at my thighs today(inner & back), even sitting on the toilet bowl feels tough, after doing some bench press, squats, barbell rows, curls.

Just wanna know which workout caused it? Im guessing it was the barbell rows coz I can feel the hamstring pulling when I bend down.

Nope, about my 7th time(only 25kg, both squats n rows) I think haha, but I did all of the above in 1 hour after not going to the gym for 2 weeks. I did jog on the treadmill for 20mins before though.

Btw I'm currently following the stronglifts guide

1bowl of mush room soup
1whole plate of spagetti bolonaise

lost about 1kg next morning

e.g. morning 70kg, night eat above meal, next morning 69kg

toal meal not much, but lots of carbs

haha...

on the other hand, I did this body fat checkup (road show) by standing on a scale then pull a bar with spring attached to it, straight away got readings, on how many body fat percentage

is this measurement accurate?? darklifght, what say you?? as it is done by a bunch of medical Dr

kinda depends on your caloric intake for the day doesnt it? how much carbs you take wont matter if caloric value isnt at maintenance
