Thinking of front squats, leg presses and lunges. Maybe a bit of isolation on machines after that. And calves of course!

Eh guys, I just got my ON whey protein today. The seal inside the tub ( the white one), Is it supposed to stick to the tub? . Coz mine just came off when i was opening the thing lol.

BUt the black seal on the outer side of the tub is there though hmm.gif

I shouldn't be worried right ?

so, does squating or any other workout can effect on old days?
hmm..i think it will not right? but to prevent it?

plus,
how to gain toned body than bulky one. i mean any specific diet or anything..

What do you mean old days? And by toned I assume you mean lean. That comes down to your diet.

gotta register through portal..then baru go to counter 3 days later..damnnn another taylor's student..i need some proper workout buddies la..we be stylin on them skinny phaggots..

Dan is also taylor's..but hes at the hartamas campus

Yeah I tried registering a day before my course ended but the portal gave me an error sad.gif should have tried my luck earlier.
