It's true.

Never, ever carry anything heavy.

In fact, make everyone else carry your stuff for you. You don't wanna be a manlet.

There's this trick to grow taller actually, you tie a noose around your neck and just hang from a rope. Works wonders for your height. This exercise has to be done single-set-to-failure. HIT height enhancing technique, yo!

Squats make fitting into jeans impossible! It seems to me that you'd either end up buying fatass jeans or spend an eternity just putting them on.

Lol, I've never been able to fit into 'slim fit'/skinny pants and all that.

Always had thick legs, even before taking up weight training.

And no, it's not bullcrap, I spend around 5 minutes every morning trying to yank my jeans over my quads. God forbid I need to take a shit during a long day (haven't had that yet, fingers crossed)

It's not the question of how many you can do. It's his form.

Kevin Frasard is about as beastly as natty dudes go, imo. Also, that vid is a pretty new one, where he's actually in the process of a pre-contest prep.

He can deadlift and squat a lot too, and his form is usually pretty good.
