when deadlifts i tend to smash (tak sengaja, feels douchebag man) the weights to the floor, especially when it's heavy set
did you guys do negative when doing deadlifts? |

1) Can i do 5/3/1 while the Supplementary is from Push Pull since 5/3/1 is also 4 days?
2) Where can i get chalk in KL? Yes, i don't want to use strap, last resort baru pakai 3) HOW ARE YOU GUYS DOIN? |
