i had success with slightly lower protein intake on a bulk. now i know why. thanks for the links darkseifer and veejay.

im no expert, but i'd like to share my thoughts. i feel that statement has no basis. from what i know, muscles can't be shaped. they can only become bigger or smaller. i don't see any problem doing press and fly concurrently. one is a compound and one is an isolation. in my opinion the pt sounds like an idiot.
