i just dont get the hip drive. is it you move you hip up first? if like that, you will use alot of your back muscle when lifting the weigh up into straight position. Why do you need to do hip drive?

I notice there is some difference to mikehuan squat between 80 and 100kg. the 100kg squat , i can see that his lower leg is straighter or nearer to pependicular compare to floor. in 80kg his lower leg is bending more. which is better form ?

50g of protein is quite a lot of protein each meal. you have less room for fat and carb. Personally i take about 1.8-2.3g of protein per kg of bodyweight. Sometime 1.5-1.8g of protein per kg of bodyweight. Its because protein is quite expensive yawn.gif for me

i dont eat maggi because its not healthy. Normal maggi is not actually high GI. if not mistaken medium GI because of the fat content. ive read it from somewhere. Maybe you can switch to light or low fat version of maggi for high GI ..

never tried oat in cold water. i pour hot water into the oat. To cook a bit of the oat (rolled oat or oat bran). AFter cool down, then add some plain or cold water with protein powder.

Guys, do you really need alot of protein to build muscle like 1g per pound of bodyweight? and do you really need to eat protein every 3 to 5 hour to prevent muscle breakdown?
