im bulking and havent received the size that i want. but it seems my body fat is increasing and it bothers me. worried if the body fat is accumulated too much before i achieve the muscle mass that i want. its gonna take a while to lose all those fats

Just got back from the gym, instead of dinner after gym i consume mass gainer first. 2 hours after this before sleep then only eat rice. Testing how this exchange of meal schedule works for me.

my gym got this, and alot of people, men and women are using it hoping to shed fat around their bellies. spot reduction is clearly a myth, i can only felt bad for these people, im a beginner as compared to them in the gym. its not like im in any place to tell them though.

good nite story from me today.

I think its 139 per month, and gets cheaper if you take 3, 6, 12 months commitment. Plus membership fees. Go and check it yourself you are in klang right?

@pedro yeah man its alright, not so crowded and more serious people there. Not many douches since the owner would sometimes come up and check. Got a competitive bber training regularly there as well!

Only bad thing is no eye candy to look at sad.gif.

I thought im the only person from klang over here. Ur from klang too. Will definitely check the place out some day. Now been going to the gym nearby which still charging me with student price which is RM50 per month.
