got some question as below:
wanted to add in pull up, chin up, DIp in my training schedule.
i not able to do even 1 rep each without machine/people help.
so thinking to train myself with machine help slowly reduce the weight helping.
my question is, usually this workout can do everyday or train only macth with your workout.??
coz i saw some ppl everyday when they reach gym first thing they do is do wide grip pull up.
No you can't do it everyday. Not the same movements at least. And gradually reduce assistance from machines till you can do them without.

I don't shrug. But in our stages, doesn't really matter. You can try doing both.
