dude~ thanks for your tips.. rather eat and waste money on fat burner, i rather do regular work out as u guy mention above.. should i start the work out for 5 sets right away?? or need to reduce to 2 sets first??

Hi all sifus, just had my workout...some sore feeling around the chest, tricep & deltoid area, just wanna ask, is it ok for me to workout my bicep and some minor chest workout? Thanks ya....

Yes fully chest, of coz it does hit my tricep and deltoids as well, plan to do my biceps and some minor tricep and deltoids as well since only a little sore, wonder will the workout coz anything to my sore muscle

On another note, my cutting progress has been good. Still maintaining at 78 but the ass is goin fast... not liking it!

No you can't do it everyday. Not the same movements at least. And gradually reduce assistance from machines till you can do them without.

I don't shrug. But in our stages, doesn't really matter. You can try doing both.
