How much lesser are the smith machine's weights as compared to normal weights? I managed to bench 40kg exclude bar on the smith machine today. Was wondering how much does it equals to on normal weights.

I guess i 4get to tell you guys im de kind that wont grow fat even eat alot...i eat 2 bowl of rice 1 meal...bt nvr up..so i was wondering any supplement can help...

Then again your daily activities affect your metabolism as well.more than 3000cal = 8-10 McChickens + lots of sodas |
