It prevents you from looking at yourself and forgetting to concentrate on your form. I would do that, but I don't think the gym caretakers would appreciate me rearranging the equipment. laugh.gif

Im going to start my first job soon , previously in Uni can easily prepare all my own food at home as my uni time is flexible , but when my job starts its gonna be 9-6pm and only 1 hour lunch break in between. I just had a freaking huge buffet party. Which i regret eating too much. by the way, if i give a rough figure of what i eat, can someone help me estimate roughly how many calories would that amount to approximately?

7-8 tablespoon of fried rice
7-8 tablespoon of spaghetti
6 big tiger prawns
2 huge scallops
8 octopus
2 soft shell crabs
dory fish (around 200grams)
beef, lamb, turkey, chicken (approximately 500g)
vege and other small stuff, hard to count

1 jug of beer (1 liter)
2 glass of white wine
2 glass of red wine
3 cans of soft drink

3 whole peach, 4 kiwi, 10-20 lychee
marble cheese cake (around size of a full shaker bottle)

Roughly how many calories did i eat? I feel so freaking full now and i think i need to for a week full cardio

I don't use protein powder. Just multivits and fish oil.

same here (multi-vit), but i mix 3 or 4 types of oil, coconut, castor, sesame, (sometimes with olive) with pure honey.

hi folks..

just wanna ask bout strength. On a chest day, i dun hv any must start exercise. I usually rotate incline, decline or normal bench.

The question is, the 1st exercise(incline) i can go heavy for 2-3 set but when come to 2nd exercise(bench), i cant lift as heavy as incline anymore.

Do you guys hv the constant strength?

different goes to me. i'm always better on incline compared to flat bench, although if start flat first. adaptation issue i guess.
