2xBW deadlift without straps achieved! but only 1 rep la haha. tried second rep strength suddenly dropped, dont know why that happened.

Im fine thank you. The dumbbells are an upgrade to the usual weight i did previously. Currently working great for me bro. Cheers.

yesterday i bought a bottle of Seven Seas Pure Cod Liver Oil(Cherry Flavor) with 70% off at watson RM10.00

but guess what....its the worse tasting ever cod liver oil...every time i sip it...feel like PUKE...damn...so better stay with capsules..

i think cod liver oil is a acquired taste. even with capsules, i will puncture it on purpose when it's in my mouth. haha..

Quite a number of them. Not me of course, my tummy cant process too many solid food without puking

somehow for me this looks friggin impressive. how often can you see this in the gyms here?

It prevents you from looking at yourself and forgetting to concentrate on your form. I would do that, but I don't think the gym caretakers would appreciate me rearranging the equipment. laugh.gif

do you guys prepare all your food at home then bring it to the office ? or just eat outside ? Im going to start my first job soon , previously in Uni can easily prepare all my own food at home as my uni time is flexible , but when my job starts its gonna be 9-6pm and only 1 hour lunch break in between. So just wanna know how you guys get all your protein n carbs in smile.gif
