I just had a freaking huge buffet party. Which i regret eating too much. by the way, if i give a rough figure of what i eat, can someone help me estimate roughly how many calories would that amount to approximately?
7-8 tablespoon of fried rice 7-8 tablespoon of spaghetti 6 big tiger prawns 2 huge scallops 8 octopus 2 soft shell crabs dory fish (around 200grams) beef, lamb, turkey, chicken (approximately 500g) vege and other small stuff, hard to count 1 jug of beer (1 liter) 2 glass of white wine 2 glass of red wine 3 cans of soft drink 3 whole peach, 4 kiwi, 10-20 lychee marble cheese cake (around size of a full shaker bottle) Roughly how many calories did i eat? I feel so freaking full now and i think i need to for a week full cardio |

How many can actually do some of these moves? Being big is one thing, but functional strength is another totally different league I would say. This is insane strength. This post has been edited by JonYeap: Dec 10 2011, 07:39 PM |

QUOTE(jamis @ Dec 11 2011, 03:20 PM) It doesnt send that much of "P substance" to the brain doesnt mean the damage to the balls isnt there hmmm... if not? by the way, the interesting part is the Wolf's law, the more resistance the stronger it is, so thats mean if we squat and deadlift heavy, we tends to have stronger back? why training heavy weights then? make ur back weaker? actually i dun really get wat u mean bro. if we squat and deadlift heavy, of coz, our muscle get stronger. i dun see how it could get "weaker" |

QUOTE(theCrab @ Dec 22 2011, 01:27 PM) its their job.they have to do it to rescue their role play in that movie. even so, it is so hard to even do that. just look at it properly, u will know...+ they have nutritionist and trainer accompany the whole journey, not to worry bout the micronutrients support machinist to batman begins? 30kg+ in half a year? i dunno how on earth he does that. for his arm to grow 4-5 inches seems really really... wow! |
