Wanna ask something about meals. I know to have effective results, we need to eat much after WO. What if I workout on Mon, Wed, and Fri, do I still eat that much on Sat and Sun?

Do you guys consume taufu regularly? Notice that it contains lots of protein. Maybe a PO meal with chicken breast, scramble eggs and 1 big taufu topped with garlics is nice

Gained 3kgs in 2 months. Anyway to determine they are from muscles or fat gain? Workout once every 2 days and eat very little.

If my memory serves me well, a scoop of whey protein has approx 24/25g protein which is 4 times that in an egg. If u can find the cheapest whey protein, each scoop will then cost approx RM3 and the cheapest egg u can get is 35cents?

So eggs are cheaper but u have to go thru the hassle of preparing it.

Guys, I'm new to deadlift. How do I know the back pain I experience after the workout is due to DOMS or improper posture?

How do u guys clean ur shaker bottles? Mine smells like sh!t each time after using it. Especially on ON whey.

Does making whey protein using warm/hot water affect the protein content in it? I have been having oatmeal + whey almost every morning for the past few months.

Mix milk + oatmeal. Microwave for 2 mins. Add in whey, stir and eat.

Some said it does affect, some said no.

Anyone add protein shake to their oatmeal? Will the high temperature "damage" the protein?

Never tried oatmeal in cold water. I usually mix milk + oatmeal then microwave them for 2 mins. Take out and add in protein powder. Not boiling hot but lukewarm. Have been doing this for 4 months. Hope its okay

No carb today and went for a meat buffet at Mont Kiara. Recommended to those who really like meat and meat only.

Called ristretto cafe. Beef, lamb, chicken, turkey u name it. At one point I eat until I feel like throwing up. Real good source of protein though
