since i have this craving tomorrow, i might have nasi lemak ayam goreng and telur for breakfast but i have planned for meal tomorrow since sunday i don't workout Breakfast -Nasi Lemak Ayam Goreng + Telur -Teh ais? 63KG now! 3 more KG before desired weight, or maybe 5 if want to get shredded like FFUUUARRKKKKK
btw i'm training beastskills right now
wanna train sikit sikit as when im going back to UIA this september, and no more gym till sem break! ( uni gym sucks, 30 ppl waiting for bench press )
btw TRX, worth it or not for bodyweight?
