ever tried to gulp down a tub of whey in one go? hahaha

i cant eat that much.
Biggest meal was half a chicken + 3 sweet potatoes+ some salad.
feel like wanna throw up already.

I usually eat at Ravi's, but i remember the tengiri and the chicken breast are pretty huge there thou :s.

Dam dude, next time we can go for buffet, u alone is equivalent to 3 men's portion =.=

OH man... u really eat a lot...!! i can eat a lot but i put on fat easily ! that's really sad case.. sometimes need to think twice when wanna put some extra gravy on my rice >.<

lol, i used to eat alot (of calories), but i cannot stomach too much food nowadays.

hm.. I will gain fat easily if didn't control what i eat and also, i can shred off fat easily but until certain limit... still, very fat... No idea why..

i try to cut but i lose weight way too fast n lose size rapidly.. sigh... so i still hv the tyre around my waist... disappointed..

I am a very fat guy since i was kid but im very active in sport.

My heaviest weight is 105kg and currently 82-83. Last 2 weeks is 85kg and drop til 80 kg last week. So, as losing size especially arm, i eat more and train more now.
