lol. actually im an ecto too.. very hard to gain weight rclxub.gif but ur carb depleting period seems like work very well, ur muscle shape and line look so matte and obvious.

You have low bodyfat, start training your abs and you will have a nice defined 6 pax in 2-3months.

as you can see i dont have any abs workout, maybe i should start some whistling.gif,
for the legs, i walk 1 hour everyday(back n forth)
up and down 350+ staircase steps everyday going to class cry.gif.

@ticke, i never calculated my BF, i dont know how to either doh.gif , doesnt bother
me much coz im already skinny thumbup.gif

first went into a gym was 3month ago~
but before this i exercise regularly since form 4, pushup~
variety of them, from normal pushup, to diamonds, to one handed, to plyometric one handed pushup.

got influenced by Rocky Balboa tongue.gif

currently 20years old biggrin.gif

You've got good genetics. Wide clavicles, small waist, muscle bellies are good. Work on adding more overall mass and you'll look great. Btw, train your legs directly, man.
