thanks! i really need to improve on my diet.
i only eats 2 meals/day. now im at 50kg, before i start i was around 47kg.
haha~
i want to focus more on chest but my Uni gym only have machine bench press up to 150lbs, and dumbbells up to 50lbs. >.<

as you can see i dont have any abs workout, maybe i should start some whistling.gif,
for the legs, i walk 1 hour everyday(back n forth)
up and down 350+ staircase steps everyday going to class cry.gif.

@ticke, i never calculated my BF, i dont know how to either doh.gif , doesnt bother
me much coz im already skinny thumbup.gif

first went into a gym was 3month ago~
but before this i exercise regularly since form 4, pushup~
variety of them, from normal pushup, to diamonds, to one handed, to plyometric one handed pushup.

got influenced by Rocky Balboa tongue.gif

currently 20years old biggrin.gif
