Uhmm... I posted a vid of me pressing that some time back if you think i'm faking it. I mean it's not heavy for me per se. We're talking about relative strength. My pressing power has always been strong. Here we go:-

Hey sifu, dun get me wrong. I've never ever doubt that you are strong, have witnessed it though vids long time ago. I do know HEAVY is a relative word, just it's still hard for me to accept that YOU ARE INDEED STRONG!!! lol.

And the diamond-like tricep, thumbup.gif .

I guess that is just so much effort for someone to be both doctor and body builder at the same time.

I don't follow the concept of refeeds. I just eat what I like. Just had triple patty carl's junior at one u and a baskin Robbins choc trilogy scoop to wash it down. Monday is a time to eat relatively strict again.

I'm still having trouble getting the long head to show. The lat and medial heads are ok with I'm focusing now a lot on cable work so it's going good.

To tell you the truth since I started cutting, the strength is still there but I don't dare go too heavy for fear of injury. So my bench is hovering around 3 plates per side, 315lbs or so. It's good enough to give me a pump and stimulate gains.

hm... i wanted to go heavy but i cant hardly push unless a person there ready for me or else the barbell fall on me...

i tried benching 50kg each side... 3 reps den i stop doing that anymore because i don't really feel much... is out of form...

Zzz... it's not a matter of how much you can lift for 1,2,3 times. It's how many times you can lift that weight. Warm up first. My bench press rep scheme is bar x 10
60kg x 15
80kg x 15
Work sets
225lbs x 12
285lbs x 10
315lbs x 8
325lbs x 8

That's it.

Cmon guys, sure you all have tricep too. I'm not into bodybuilding, but I will join to share my tiny hand and nearly non-visible tricep. Dont get shy now~ share!

I noticed that there is an opportunity to do "human flag" exercise on my power rack. I always cant practice this as to non-existing suitable place candidate to do this. So I tried it just now...

Note: I am still new to this workout, have tried it month before with no success. Today, I tried again and I barely pause on the pose (it is a snapshot from a movie). Will work on this more after this. flex.gif rclxm9.gif. Horizontal push up anyone? That will be the next logical progression. lol

Haha Surgical call is easily the worst I know. Only idiots like me will pursue Surgery haha. Am in HUKM doing some intensive course now, went to Leisure Mall FF yesterday OMG the free weight area is like a sardine can.

Anyway seriously you have done a pretty good job cutting. To me the toughest part is to make up your mind and to overcome the idea of holding on to the mass you have, you know, losing a bit of size as you cut just sounds intimidating haha. Really, good job!

Much appreciated. Anyway, ironic shit is the acute patients didn't gimme trouble, the non acute ones were giving me hell. Temp spikes, hyperglycemia, hyperkalemia, WTF. Nvm I think I'm still gonna hit gym later. Some chest and cardio but free weights are outta the question since my mind is too tired to recruit stabilizers. Lol. Got some Animal Rage in my bag though.

hye sifus!
after my usual sets of 70-80-90kgs deadlift,
i used straps starting from 80kg because my grip gave out on me.
i tried to deadlift 100kgs. managed to get 3 reps

i know this is light weight to most of you tongue.gif

somehow i feel my form is not that good when i`m going heavy.
