muscle mass maintain? i don't dare to do too much cardio.. I jz control food intake and 10 minutes cardio on threadmill after weight session...

As far as I am concern, cardio also promotes good health and stable heart beat per minute. Dispose toxic from body by sweating.

I don't run. =P Just walking. As long as I'm in a glycogen depleted state, I tap into fat source. I could be a lot more ripped but I love eating my junk 2-3 times a week so I don't diet strictly.

can shed some light on ur cuttin diet and how did u achieve it?

i google a bit on "glycogen depleted state"...so i need not to take in carbo before a workout?
