yes i m still bulking. I think my body is a little dehydrated, as i took this pic after i wake up, else the abs wont be that visible hehe.

lol brah, use a proper measuring tape... those aint true 17 incher until u use a proper tape to measure it...

You're carrying quite some body fat. Don't be too obsessed with arm size gain at the expense of leanness Bro. There's a saying you can't flex fat but your bf ain't that high yet. Not bad though.

tq tq all sifu , before this 2 months i work out in gym , i use to workout at home using dumbbell and curl bar + bench so i have some basic strength to start off especially bicep and tricep. I gained some lat and shoulder (even though not so obvious) but chest are pretty stubborn. still working on my bench press.

only 2 months man, i would say damned good progress. that 7kg gain looks to be 90% muscle mass at least. keep at it!
