haha started & still learning + struggling. raynx was nice enough to teach me for a day. smile.gif but you know, its nice to dream sometimes, like dreaming of my future body (slightly impatient/kiasu)! hah

haha you're quite right, i feel my thighs getting tougher, but still waiting to see a change in physique. just wanted to talk a bit today, like when you mix with people who are better, you tend to feel more motivated. nod.gif

instead of dreaming..just do it..none of us here got our bodies in like 2months..it takes years to build ur body..so u cant be impatient about it..all of us were skinny twigs once

Doesn't FF members have the advantage of bringing guests on weekends? You on;y have to ask and I'll be glad to help out. I follow my sis to her FF sometimes to chill out with her and train. But she's crazy cos she can do con air push ups without leaning against the wall.

If i eat clean, I'll get fat because there's not enough oil and starch to satisfy me. Which makes me eat more and more. I can't take 2 steamed chicken breasts and brown rice. I'll eat more often. Having 2 triple burgers and some fries PWO or 8 pieces KFC or banana leaf rice with heaps of curry and fried chicken and fried fish keeps me full longer. But please don't eat like me, period. It's messed up. But i get blood work done, all blood values are perfect.

Btw which of you guys are in fitness first? Maybe can have a small gathering and workout same time heh. I'm at the klang bukit tinggi branch but have no probs going over to other branches during weekends.. can utilise the bring a friend weekend to bring in other lyn members as well!

Hi guys,

Need advice what to do first. I stopped gymming 8 years ago and planned to start back after been motivated by a member from LYN. After marriage and started work, I totally stop weight lifting and exercise. I weigh 78kgs 8 years ago. Now 104kg. Muscle mass I believe reduce by at least 30%.
Now I planning to start again. I want back mass and cuts. Should I start straight with building mass or do high reps to tone up first? Coz worried put too much weight then susah to drop weights later. As it is my body fat is like damm alot.

Anyway attach is my current hopeless picture. Hope some sifu here can advice. icon_question.gif
