u ever bulk this way b4?
myself here am trying to maintain at 75kg,
but reduce my fat frm 20 to <10

Probably somewhere around the first quarter of 2012. I'm pretty much bulking indefinitely. The only time I've ever done a cut was right at the beginning of this year for 2 months, after taking about an 8-month layoff due to injury and gaining quite a bit of unwanted fat because of that.

Heh. I'm now officially 160lbs but i bench 315 for reps. Havent tried 1rm yet but can't be bothered.

Yes you add the barbell weight. Take note there are standard and oly barbells, standard ones are lighter

after googling up, i found about benching. yes, they include the bar weight.
