one thing i dun understand is for u muslim guys...when u puasa right i assume u guys are cutting?

but wouldnt u lose muscle since ur not eating the whole day..then when time to buka puasa takkan u nak makan chicken breast only right?

then eat good carbs and nice protein and other macros
creatine is also important
(i didnt speak to him directly, rather he posted this in FB last year and i just followed it during ramadhan last year lah)

wait for at least 90 mins before jim

as for losing muscle whole day, pagi gotta take casein or protein blends to ensure slow release proteins lah

Shoulders and chest looks good. Though, like bata said, gotta improve the traps a bit!

And damn, you became Johnny Depp by going to the gym, you gotta let me in on your secret for that!


Edit: Latest progress on chest & legs! Anyone have tips on hitting the outer sweep? I think I'm lacking in that department.

Long way to go bro... I propose clean bulk for 4-6 months. Body fat probably in the region of 20+%.
