Somewhere in March before INBA Australia, standing @ 71kg. As currently I'm bloated with water and fat, Standing around 78kg. Nanti saya post gambar gemok saya.. LOL

Cost efficient, Clean calories, gain more lean mass instead of fat mass, healthy
