if you go dirty bulk, you also build alot of fat. Better clean a bit .....

ok whats bothering me is his training style and diet
totally opposed the convetional style of bb-ing
he is more like a mixed of powerlifter+bb ,and you wouldnt see some him gulp 10 eggs per day
been followed his journal for 2 years in forum and he have some new concept for bb thus i carry out for public discussion..

yup. i would like to second that. then at least you can really see yourself growing significantly. also, you dont have to work your ass off later when you are cutting.

during bulk, i just eat more carb and fat .... but on cutting i spend more on supplement and healthy food. So i think cutting is more expensive than bulking ......

FYI carbs and fats do not build muscle. they just present an opportunity window to build a muscle in layman's terms. therefore, building muscle is generally more expensive. but if you clean bulk. then you dont need to spend much money or effort when you cut. only prob with most people is that they are too lazy to cook own food.

Lowyay member like pedro,kmaru and darklight are pretty friendly and knwoledgable,they take times for answering my question and clear me doubt though I pm them 1 by 1
The reason I drag this guy into discussion is just curious bout his diet way but not comparing whose body is better ..evryone bb-ers is a hardworker and definitately have their own way

anyways, everyones body is different .the fat turned skinny dude can be eating veggies all day and i can be eating mc d all day but still have results.you have to experiment whats good for yourself and stick to the rules of the thumb!never follow what people are doin and learn whats good for your own body!
