anyone know how to terminate streamyx acccount? how the procedure?

Normal speed here@S7,shah alam. my router have no problem on connection since last 2 week..

i face some disconnect problem here:
when i check on modem,
on ASDL status, the id key changes. if working it will stated: Line Connected.
when disconnect, i check at ASDL status, there are some id which is
Line TRAINING, Line STARTED, Line_ANALYSIS
it randomly changes...anyone face this problem?

ok...i see. b4 this line only disconnect when someone use phone. i thought it was modem problem, because its streamyx modem.

Lol...problem solved. i try change cable and splitter. problem solved. running good right now
:. splitter problem. when i connect direct from db, streamyx working good. i will try change new splitter, currently dont have. will inform back if problem solved.

is anyone here stay at pangsapuri alam prima, batu 3 seksyen 22 shah alam? i want to know if anyone here can use streamyx at that place. because this morning i has been told that i cannot move my streamyx at that place...tq
