QUOTE(perror @ Sep 19 2011, 09:31 PM) Hi Guys, having a bit of problem here, and hope to get your thoughts and advice. I've been trying to get an upgrade to 4 mb. Initially when I register, they mentioned that my area (Riana green, tropicana) has available ports for 4mb. Now they say don't have. well, if the availability for UNIFI is there for ur place, better go for that one rather upgrading ur package to 4mb, i think the port they told u before has already been taken by someone else, but u can also ask the tech to come and see what they can do to upgrade the line for u Just wondering if I should just insist on having the technician come over just to check and ensure it has or don't have? My SNR and attenuation is pretty good though as it is. Hopefully got hope to get the 4mb package. |

QUOTE(diamondclow @ Oct 12 2011, 09:29 AM) is it a huge upgrade if i'm upgrade from 1MB to 4MB ? well, it will give u a boost of speed if u upgrade i'm quite happy with my current package but upgrade is a must because the package is too good to reject... what if i unsatisfied with 4MB, will i get the old connection without any frequent DC ? ps: I didn't suffer from frequent DC but i'm afraid that will happen if i do the upgrade then downgrade if i'm not satisfied |
