QUOTE(chastise @ Dec 31 2011, 01:33 AM) One point for you for......I don't know, researching skills? 0.1g sugar is insignificant to prove your point. A simple lesson for you today is.....the body breaks it down to sugar. I did not study biology as it was not a compulsory subject to practise law. But some how or rather this fact is quite a general knowledge for me. If you did study back at your spm level, I'm wondering how many times have you failed your papers. u win u win

Why do companies make protein with 50g per serving? I've read somewhere that says your body can only break down around 30g a meal. Correct me if im wrong.

Not true, imagine if a bodybuilder is 120kg in lean muscle, how many meals he needs to take in order to have 260g of protein ? I would say that would be like 8 meals a day and...... dont we need to sleep?

I don't know you, so I don't dislike you nor do I like you. But you're not really helping yourself make a good impression. I think you should chill a bit.

Lol.... ON and Dymatize mass gainers have crapload of sugars in it. Even the one with lowest sugar content that I have taken eg: Syntha6 or MuscleJuice 2600 tastes super sweet.
