Tried Anavite once. Not bad. I still like AP and Orange Triad more though. Not much experience with Gaspari products except Myofusion. I might try their stack soon. They recommended stacking SizeOn with Superpump but I suppose you can stack a regular creatine with Superpump.

From my experience what makes a supplement effective is combining it with another supplement type which gives a synergistic effect. Hence stacking is very important.

Nothing has beaten White Flood so far for me. Most of my heaviest lifts were when I was on that stuff. Other preworkout boosters either made me crash or didn't do much. Worst was Hemorage Black Concentrate. Only think I have not tried yet was Superpump by Gaspari.

Guys learn to read thoroughly. Kedai Jual Ubat Otot is a very very reliable seller. He KNOWS info about the fake seller, but Ubat Otot sells LEGIT stuff!

Whoever was selling fake supps, his reputation is totally screwed. For good. No one will buy anything from him anymore. Consumers nowadays are a lot smarter and a lot more aware than sellers think. They actually check the seals, serial numbers and even send pictures of the products back to the people who make the product.
I know a lot of online sellers who're non members look into lowyat forums.

For those who've been individuals or integrity, my respect to you. For those who've been secretly selling fake shit, you WILL get discovered and busted sooner or later. It's only a matter of time. We're serious about the supps we take.

You know there are some brands out there which are falling into the trend of maxing out stimulants until they forget that other ingredients are equally important. Which is why Superpump MAX has actually less stimulants but is still better in some ways.

If you're looking for taste, forget about Muscle Infusion. But it's effective in the sense of being a protein blend supplying quick and sustained release protein as well as keeping you satiated for a while till your next meal. I've had decent gains on this.

Tbh u got to find the right one too. Each one works differently with different individual. In general u can get immense focus, better stamina n strength. 20-30 min after u have taken a pre wo , u know it's time to lift some weight. I guess tats the pump u get from pre wo.
